Genesco is committed to using technology to streamline our supply chain. It is essential that we partner with our vendors to ensure that shipments are 100% accurate. Our accuracy audits are designed to check shipments received at our Distribution Center.

This Routing Guide will be updated frequently. It is the responsibility of the vendor to circulate our Routing Guide requirements to all facilities that handle the shipment of their product to Genesco. It is also the responsibility of the vendor to periodically check for any changes to the Routing Guide. Penalties will be assessed for non-compliance.

ASNs are now required for all retail products. For more information concerning ASNs, please refer to to the EDI section of this website.
